本アプリが扱う音声は、すべて利用者の端末内でのみ処理され、当社のサーバーに送信されることはありません。本アプリは広告を表示せず、利用者の情報を一切収集しません。アカウントの登録も必要ありません。
本アプリは、利用者の氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、生年月日その他の個人を特定できる情報を取得しません。アカウントの作成やログインを求めることもありません。また、利用状況の分析（アクセス解析）を行うための情報も取得しません。
本アプリは、以下の情報を利用者の端末内でのみ扱います。これらが当社に送信されることはありません。
音声の解析（声の大きさの調整、話していない時間の検出など）は、すべて端末内で行われます。音声が外部へ送られることはありません。
本アプリで書き出した音声ファイルの保存先は、利用者ご自身が選びます。当社がその保存先を知ることや、ファイルを取得することはありません。
書き出したファイルを配信サービス等へ公開する場合、その取り扱いは各サービスの規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従います。

当社は、利用者の情報を第三者に販売、譲渡または開示しません。ただし、法令に基づき開示が求められた場合はこの限りではありません。
本アプリの購入手続きは Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。当社が利用者のクレジットカード情報等の決済情報を取得することはありません。決済情報の取り扱いについては Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
購入の状態は Apple から本アプリに伝えられ、端末内でのみ保持されます。当社がこれを受け取ることはありません。
本アプリは、13歳未満の児童を対象としたものではありません。当社は、13歳未満の児童から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
本アプリのデータは利用者の端末内にのみ保存されるため、当社が情報漏えいの原因となる形で情報を保有することはありません。端末自体の管理（パスコードの設定等）については、利用者ご自身での実施をお願いいたします。
当社は、法令の改正やサービス内容の変更に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本ページ上でお知らせします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。

All audio handled by this app is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to our servers. The app shows no advertising and collects no information about you. There is no account to create.
This app does not collect your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth or any other personally identifiable information. It does not ask you to create an account or sign in. It also does not collect information for usage analytics.
This app handles the following on your device only. None of it is sent to us.
All audio analysis — balancing the voices, detecting the parts where nobody is speaking, and so on — is performed on your device. Your audio is never sent anywhere.
You choose where the audio files exported by this app are saved. We do not know that location and do not obtain the files.
If you publish an exported file to a distribution service, its handling is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.
This app shows no advertising. It does not provide information to advertising networks and does not use the advertising identifier (IDFA).
We do not sell, transfer or disclose your information to third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.
Purchases in this app are handled through Apple's App Store. We do not obtain your credit card details or any other payment information. For the handling of payment information, please refer to Apple's privacy policy.
Your purchase status is reported by Apple to the app and is held on your device only. We do not receive it.
This app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Because this app's data is stored only on your device, we do not hold information in a way that could cause a data breach on our side. Please look after the device itself, for example by setting a passcode.
We may change this policy in response to changes in law or in the app. If we make a significant change, we will post a notice on this page. The revised policy takes effect when it is published here.
