Where to get music for your intro and outro.
The sounds you place before and after your conversation in PodDuo come from your own files. If you don't have any yet, these are good places to look.

A large free library under the Pixabay licence. Commercial use is allowed and no attribution is required, which makes it the simplest place to start.
Free to use, but on the free plan you must credit Uppbeat — their agreement calls this a material term. A paid plan removes the credit. Note that the free and entry plans cover your own shows only; producing for a client needs a higher tier.
A curated archive with a wide range of styles. Tracks carry different licences, so check the licence on each track rather than assuming.
Kevin MacLeod's long-running library, used in a great many shows. Free for commercial use as long as you credit the artist in the form he specifies.
A subscription library that explicitly covers podcast distribution. One thing worth knowing before you pick a theme tune here: episodes you published while subscribed stay cleared, but once you stop paying you can no longer use the tracks in new episodes. A theme from a subscription library means staying subscribed, or re-theming later.
